Terms of Use
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms apply to the Whiskaroo app. By using Whiskaroo you agree to them, and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which also applies.
Free recipes and the one-time unlock
- Whiskaroo is free to download and includes a free recipe so you can try it.
- Making more recipes requires a one-time in-app purchase ("Unlock Whiskaroo"). It is not a subscription and does not renew. Prices are shown before you buy and may differ between people and regions.
- Purchases are processed by Apple and tied to your Apple Account. Use "Restore purchase" to unlock again on a new device.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Recipes and cooking
- Recipes are created automatically from content you provide, such as videos, websites and photos. They can contain mistakes, including wrong quantities, temperatures or times, missing allergens, or unsafe steps.
- Always use your own judgement in the kitchen. Check that food is cooked safely, and check every ingredient for allergies and dietary needs. Nutrition figures are estimates only.
- Whiskaroo is not responsible for the content of third-party videos and websites. Recipes belong to their original creators; please support them.
Acceptable use
Only import content you have the right to use, and use Whiskaroo for personal, non-commercial cooking.
Liability
Whiskaroo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or injury arising from using the app or following a recipe. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
Changes and contact
